Welcome to the 2026 OLP Turn-Key Data Driven Direct Mail Program
This program is built on demographic research conducted by OLP to identify high-value homes and larger square-footage properties within your territory. It is designed to minimize waste, reduce unqualified leads, and improve overall ROI.
By utilizing the approved OLP templates, you ensure consistent branding across all franchise locations and marketing channels. Repeated touches build brand recognition over time and consistently drive prospects to your website. Because this program removes households that fall outside the corporate demographic profile, your price per piece may be slightly higher. However, it eliminates sending mail to homes that are unlikely to convert, thereby increasing efficiency and performance.
Turn-Key Program Details - How It Works
1) Determine your budget for January–June.
Your quarterly investment will outline your mail program piece count and cadence. Pricing is locked in until late June, when USPS postage adjusts.
2) Complete the contact form below.
Your Spectrum account manager will gather your information and begin the setup process.
3) Review the available mail piece sizes and approved OLP templates.
These templates were selected specifically to minimize postage costs while maintaining brand standards. All creative will be customized to your market.
4) Targeting review and program buildout.
Your Spectrum account manager will work with you to review:
- Your customer list
- Territory-specific demographic data
- Mail piece size options
- Desired in-home date
We understand very market is different, so we will work with you to fine-tune the targeting to fit your territory. Once targeting is finalized, you will receive a full cost breakdown (including design and list rental) and can decide how you would like to proceed.
5) Creative development and proofing.
After program approval, we will secure your list and begin designing your mailer using the approved templates, refining it to fit your territory. A proof will be provided for your review, including a QR code.
Your address will also be added to the delivery list and you will receive access to a mail-tracking dashboard.

6) Payment
Payment is due 3–4 days prior to each mail drop.
7) Reporting & Analysis
A semi-annual match-back and penetration report will be provided 60 days after your final drop, giving you visibility into conversions and campaign performance.

Billing
Once final quantities and order authorizations are received, Spectrum will bill the participating franchisee. The full cost of the direct mail will be paid prior to each drop. Payment may be made by check, major credit card, or ACH.
